Before joining RunSwitch, Hattie held several roles at Kohl’s Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, where she honed her expertise in campaign development, communications, and social media strategy. There, she contributed to large-scale messaging initiatives that reached customers across more than 1,100 stores nationwide, helping to strengthen and elevate the brand’s voice.
At RunSwitch, Hattie takes a collaborative, client-focused approach to her work. She partners closely with organizations to understand their goals and craft communications that make an impact. Whether developing media strategies, writing, or event planning, she’s driven by delivering thoughtful work that produces measurable results.
Hattie is a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati and an alumna of the FOCUS Louisville program. She was also recognized as a Hot 10 Award recipient by AAF-Louisville for her contributions to the Louisville industry.
She calls Shelbyville home where she lives with her husband, Taylor and their dog, Benny. Outside of work, you can find her exploring new coffee shops and attempting to learn Mahjong.
