Business Manager
Michelle Morris is the Business Manager at RunSwitch PR. With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning finance, human resources, operations, and business strategy, Michelle is a dynamic executive known for building strong internal infrastructures that support organizational growth and long-term success. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and process improvement across fast-paced business environments.
Background
Michelle previously led Finance and Human Resource operations for Hermitage Retail, LLC (dba Barn8 & Hermitage Farm), where she oversaw several functions including workforce strategy, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, operational performance and organizational planning. Michelle partnered closely with other executive leadership members to strengthen company culture, improve operational efficiency, and implement scalable people-focused processes.
Prior to that, Michelle served as Vice President of Finance & Human Resources for Boardroom Events, LLC (dba MidMRKT Suite), where she directed HR strategy and financial operations during a period of organizational growth.
Earlier in her career, Michelle held finance and accounting roles with NarrowCast Group, Mountjoy Chilton Medley, and Ernst & Young. Her background includes financial analysis, audit leadership, acquisition due diligence, nonprofit consulting, internal controls, governance best practices, and operational reporting. These experiences provided a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving, project management, and executive-level decision support.
Outside of her professional life, Michelle values family, personal growth, and meaningful connections. She enjoys spending time with her husband, supporting her children’s activities, building lasting friendships, and balancing career success with a fulfilling home life.
