Before joining RunSwitch, Tiffany led global corporate social responsibility efforts at Brown-Forman, aligning business goals with regulatory expectations and cultural context to strengthen reputation and policy impact. She previously served as Campus Director at Bluegrass Community & Technical College and also founded a successful travel and lifestyle business.
At RunSwitch, she works across sectors to tackle reputational, regulatory, and organizational challenges—crafting policy-aware messaging, activating stakeholder coalitions, and bringing clarity to complex initiatives.
Tiffany lives in Central Kentucky with her husband Daniel and their son Jackson. She’s passionate about values-driven leadership and communications that make a real impact.
