With more than a decade of experience across communications, public affairs, and compliance, she brings strategic clarity, operational follow-through, and a calm-in-chaos mindset to every engagement. Clients trust Tiffany to distill complex issues, align messaging with policy, and build stakeholder trust—all with a practical, results-driven approach.

With more than a decade of experience across communications, public affairs, and compliance, she’s known for her strategic clarity, operational follow-through, and calm, practical approach.

Before joining RunSwitch, Tiffany led global corporate social responsibility efforts at Brown-Forman, aligning business goals with regulatory expectations and cultural context to strengthen reputation and policy impact. She previously served as Campus Director at Bluegrass Community & Technical College and also founded a successful travel and lifestyle business.

At RunSwitch, she works across sectors to tackle reputational, regulatory, and organizational challenges—crafting policy-aware messaging, activating stakeholder coalitions, and bringing clarity to complex initiatives.

Tiffany lives in Central Kentucky with her husband Daniel and their son Jackson. She’s passionate about values-driven leadership and communications that make a real impact.
