Courtney Yopp Norris has been with the firm since 2023, and draws on her extensive background in government, corporate communications, and entrepreneurship to help guide clients in a variety of different sectors. She is highly valued by clients for her creativity, focus, and strategic insight. Her work includes campaign launches, crisis response, legislative advocacy, and thought leadership initiatives.

Prior to joining RunSwitch in 2019, Woody Maglinger enjoyed a career of nearly two decades in state and local government, including serving as spokesperson for former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin. Woody now leads a variety of successful high-level public affairs campaigns in both Frankfort and Washington, DC, supporting clients in the business, education, energy, government, healthcare, and information technology sectors.
